Electrotherapy modalities and equipment for practical training in therapeutic currents and heat therapy.

The Electrotherapy & Medical Physics Lab contains electrotherapy modalities such as therapeutic current units, heating modalities, infra-red lamps and hydrocollator units, along with treatment couches.

Students learn the physics behind each modality, its safe application, indications and contraindications before applying them on patients during clinical rotations.
